Ladybirds was created to provide customers with quality, inspiring feel good ladybirds items. In keeping with our vision,

we have made packing and shipping as simple & cost effective as possible. We protect each item with packing

materials & use standard shipping Australia wide by Australia Post, current September 2022.

Final shipping charges are displayed in your Shopping Cart & prices are in Australian Dollars. Ladybirds will email

confirmation of your order and separately email when it has been despatched with tracking no.

Orders are usually despatched within 2 business days and we suggest you allow between 2 -10 days for delivery.

Product Information

In the event that any item is unavailable after a purchase, Ladybirds will issue a refund of the purchase amount.

We have made every effort to display the colours, specifications, dimensions & descriptions of items

on the Website as accurately as possible. Please remember that some colours can vary due to settings on

computer screens and mobile devices.

Please also note that handmade products may naturally have slight variances to the images advertised.

All items shown are subject to availability. As most of our items are handmade, please get in touch if an item you would

like is currently showing as out of stock.

You can create an account at any time, or when purchasing items on this Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username & password and for preventing unauthorised access to your account.

Sharing on social media is accepted, however, credit must be given back to Ladybirds.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice & are in Australian Dollars.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

You may pay for the items which you order online by supplying your credit/debit card or

by pal pal with details on the secure online payment portal.

You can therefore rest assured that we take the privacy & security of your payment & personal details very seriously.

We regret that we cannot accept cheques or cash.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of data when communicating with Ladybirds via email. Accordingly please do not send us payment information using email. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal & transactional information you provide us with when placing an order.

Cancellations | Returns

Please contact us in order to arrange a return. All returns must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving your order.

If a product is unspoiled and unopened and you request that we exchange it for something else, depending

on the nature of the product, under exceptional circumstances we may consider this.

THEN, typically we will either present the option of:

refunding the original purchase price of that product

sending a replacement of the same product or products up to the same value

offering a discount on future orders (to be used within 3 months of purchase to same value).

We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us.

It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage including all original packaging and labels.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not

return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon

as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation. The refund will be returned to the originating payment method.

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase or return any of the following:

for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot

be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

Ladybirds work very hard to ensure our customers are happy & we treat your queries seriously & aim to

resolve issues to your satisfaction. This policy is explained only to help you understand that we are energetic

ladybirds doing the best to make our customers are happy.

Events Beyond our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these

Terms & Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Ladybirds come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. you are also entitled to have the goods replace

if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
